Vacuum Forming
At our vacuum forming division, we manufacture a variety of products for the retail sector and the movie, media and advertising, and hospitality industries.
Our unit is one-of-a-kind with a fully adjustable bed which is 1.4 m x 1.8 m, with economical ceramic heaters and a drop of 70 cm. This gives us an advantage with the product range that we can vacuum form in. We are able to manufacture our own moulds at an affordable cost by using our CNC machine.
Due to the variable sizes of vacuum boxes we have at our disposal, we specialise in vacuum-formed signs for inside and outside shops with the size per letter of 1.2 m by 1.6 m.
We also do graphic printing up to 1.4 m wide, as well as banners and boxes.
